• My readings are always completely confidential.
• My interpretations will always be honest, truthful and related with compassion.
• I always endeavour to be open-minded and non-judgemental.
• I will make every effort to ensure that my interpretation is relevant to the client.
• I will use my experience and insight to offer the best possible advice and guidance from the reading.
• I will always endeavour to make an interpretation based on the specific question asked by the client.
• I will always endeavour to respond to reading requests as quickly as possible.
• I will offer an immediate refund if I cannot complete a reading in an acceptable timeframe.
• I will discuss and clarify all readings, but reserve the right to discontinue if I deem that the discussion has exceeded the scope of the original reading.
• I will never use the advice given in a reading for self-promotion.
• I do not read for persons under the age of 18.
• I will not do readings about a third party or which I deem to be prying or intrusive.
• I will not do readings for medical or legal issues – contact an appropriately qualified professional.
• I reserve the right to refuse to read for anyone, although unless the question is obviously of an offensive nature, I will generally offer an explanation.
• I will always ask permission to use feedback comments on this website and will never include any personal details or question specifics.
